RECEIVES NTEP-US BUREAU OF WEIGHTS
LEGAL FOR TRADE CERTIFICATION

two of their CST precision 6 IDLER IN MOTION WEIGHING SCALES installed
at Kinder Morgan Portland Bulk Terminals, Portland, Oregon, USA have received
LEGAL FOR TRADE CERTIFICATION.
Certification was granted by NTEP-US Bureau of Weights and Measures using United States Department of Commerce's specifications, and tolerances for weighing and measuring devices as specified in the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) handbook 44 Legal for Trade Certification.
During the on site stringent testing these high speed, high capacity conveyor scales consistently produced accuracy's better than 0.07%! (NTEP requires 0.250% or better).
Now bulk terminal operators can obtain highly accurate, reliable, Legal for Trade In Motion precision scale systems, that can be used to eliminate time consuming and costly draft surveys.
